Dutch Bros wants to renovate their website and needs some insight about how their customers are using the website. Utilizing the results of the expert review & usability test, recommendations for improvements were made.

Project Parameters: conduct a demographic survey, develop four personas, conduct an expert usability review on the Dutch Bros website, develop and conduct a usability test, report on the findings & mockup recommendations for changes.
